When will my order arrive?
Your purchase will arrive within 5 working days from the date of your order.
Orders made over the weekends (Fri - Sun) will be processed the following week

How do I return a product?
A product is permissible to return if there are defects found within (5) five days upon receipt of parcel.

Can I get a refund instead?
All purchases are non refundable. If you have received a damaged product, an exchange is permissible within the stipulated time frame. You will be eligible for an exchange if the item is not a sale item, must be unused, unwashed, in a good clean condition and in its original packaging. You will be charged for the difference in price if exchanged to a product of greater value. Should it be of a lesser value, no refunds will be given.
How long will the exchange be processed?
Exchange will be processed within (7) seven working days upon exchange.
How do I get a replacement for the product packaging?
Unfortunately we do not offer a replacement of our packaging.
The packaging is a medium used to ensure that the product purchased arrives in good condition.
